The installation is an omnibus video work shot on 16mm, composed of four ghost narratives inspired by Korean urban legends and the architectural history of Amsterdam: Jang-san-beom, the Water ghost, the Virgin ghost, and the Vrouwen Kliniek ghost. It brings these voices into a space that once functioned as a women’s clinic in the former Wilhelmina Gasthuis complex in Amsterdam.

Each channel introduces a ghost and the place where their story ends. Through moving image, sculptural objects, sound, and fragments of architecture, the exhibition space becomes a haunted gathering space, a fictional meeting house where ghosts converge across cultures, borders, and timelines.

The installation opens a liminal yet intimate space where displacement becomes myth, and haunting emerges as a form of resistance against forgetting. Material traces reshape the site into a hybrid of film set, shrine, and speculative archive. In this temporary community of ghosts and humans, personal histories intersect with urban memory, and storytelling becomes a form of connection, care, and poetic resistance against disappearance.
